Tincture combinations are blends of single herb tinctures (herbs extracted in organic alcohol and distilled water, 50-75% alcohol) formulated to target specific health needs. We recommend putting the dose into a couple ounces of water for consuming. If the alcohol is of concern to you, the dose can be placed in hot water and allowed to stand for a few minutes. Three stars (***) means a formula is generally safe in pregnancy if used at the recommended dosage. Use caution in the first trimester or if you are prone to miscarriage.
